Furthermore, the participants will be able to gain hands-on experiences with entrepreneurial tools, such as the Business (and Social Business) Model Canvas and Design Thinking, to structure and implement innovative business ideas, empowering them to serve as mentors as students embark on their entrepreneurial journeys.

Day 1 – Introduction and Entrepreneurship Education

Day 2 – Finding business opportunities and defining a business value proposition
Ethics, Corporate Citizenship, and Social Businesses;
Business opportunities, market research, and customer segmentation;
Business Model Canvas, customer segmentation, and value proposition.
Day 3 – Business project management and marketing
Agile Project Management and Design Thinking;
Branding, marketing, and advertising strategies;
Dealing with people, building a team, and leadership skills.
Day 4 – Business financials, strategic partnership and mentoring
Financial planning and budgeting;
Raising capital and strategic business partnerships;
Mentoring and coaching your students.
Day 5 – Drafting a business plan
Creation of a draft business plan.
Day 6 – Course closure and cultural activities
Course evaluation: round-up of acquired competencies, feedback, and discussion;
Awarding of the course Certificate of Attendance;
Excursion and other external cultural activities.
